Pricing & Billing Questions
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
Most accounts include a one-time onboarding fee to cover agent deployment, Microsoft 365/identity integration, and baseline phishing simulation setup. Ask us about waiving it when you sign an annual term.
What counts as a “user”?
Any employee with a device we monitor and/or a Microsoft 365 or Active Directory identity we protect. Shared devices, kiosks, and servers are quoted separately — we’ll cover this in your free risk assessment.
Can we start with Essentials and upgrade later?
Yes. Most clients start with Essentials or Complete based on budget and upgrade once they see the reporting in action. Upgrades take effect on your next billing cycle.
What’s the minimum contract length?
Standard plans run 12 months, matching how our security partner Huntress prices the underlying platform. Month-to-month is available at list price with no discount eligibility.
Do you require a minimum number of users?
We work with businesses as small as a handful of employees. Very small accounts may see a slightly different quote to account for minimum platform commitments — we’ll always tell you upfront.
